Workshops for Youth

Thrive Lab: Building Mind, Habits & Confidence for the Future

Puberty is a time of major transformation - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our youth workshops are designed to nurture curiosity, foster emotional awareness, and build lifelong habits for mental and physical well-being. 


Led by Dr. Gupta, these interactive sessions help young people explore:

  • Emotional intelligence and mental health
  • Healthy identity development and self-esteem
  • Mind-body connection and stress management
  • The science of the adolescent brain
  • Decision-making, relationships, and resilience


Each session includes a hands-on activity or discussion segment to keep learning fun, relatable, and applicable to real life.

The Resilient You: Science-Based Strategies for Young Adults

In a world where young adults are constantly surrounded by information from social media, Google, and even AI what they often need is not more advice, but clear guidance on how to make sense of it and apply it in real life.


The Resilient You is designed with this in mind.


This program provides science-backed tools and practical strategies in a supportive, interactive, and human-centered environment. Rather than offering quick tips or generic online advice, the series helps participants understand:


  • how their brain works and how this shapes habits and behavior
  • ways to manage procrastination, stress, and self-doubt
  • approaches to staying focused, motivated, and emotionally balanced
  • how to communicate more confidently in school, work, and relationships
  • practical methods for setting goals, making decisions, and recovering from setbacks


Each session translates research into simple, usable steps, combined with conversations, group activities, reflection, and hands-on practice. The goal is not perfection, but progress.


By the end of the series, participants will have a set of realistic, practical tools they can draw on to navigate challenges with greater resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.
