CCL Membership gives you monthly access to science-based wellness workshops led by Dr. Shilpi Gupta, follow-up habit-building support sessions, downloadable handouts, and session recordings so you can revisit content at your own pace. The annual membership also includes early event registration, a monthly newsletter, and an invitation to the end-of-year community celebration.
The monthly membership (C$30/month) is flexible — no long-term commitment — and includes one focused learning workshop and one follow-up support session per month. The annual membership (C$300/year, equivalent to two months free) includes all 12 workshops, all 12 follow-up sessions, session recordings, early event registration, the monthly newsletter, and additional perks throughout the year. If you plan to stay engaged with your health over the long term, the annual membership offers the best value.
The membership is designed for adults who want ongoing, science-based support for their health and wellbeing — not just a one-time workshop. It is particularly well-suited to adults 35+ who want to stay mentally sharp, build resilience, improve their daily habits, and be part of a community that takes health seriously. Sessions blend cognitive stimulation, emotional balance, and physical engagement.
Workshops span three core areas: cognitive stimulation (memory, brain engagement, neuroplasticity), physical engagement (balance, coordination, movement and brain connection), and emotional balance (stress reduction, creative expression, resilience). Topics rotate throughout the year and are grounded in peer-reviewed research. Past topics have included sleep science, circadian rhythms, gut health, stress management, and healthy aging strategies.
CCL membership workshops are available both in-person in the Toronto area and virtually for members across Canada. Session format and schedule are confirmed through the Activity Calendar.
Yes. The monthly membership is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
Yes, the membership is designed to build on single workshops. Research consistently shows that one-time wellness sessions produce limited behaviour change on their own. The membership provides the structured repetition, community accountability, and ongoing support that turns good intentions into lasting habits. Members who have attended CCL workshops report that the membership helps them apply what they learned in their daily lives.
CCL Membership is designed and led by Dr. Shilpi Gupta, a research scientist with a PhD in Cancer Biology and Immunology who has published in leading peer-reviewed journals. Content is not generic wellness advice, it is translated directly from current scientific research into practical, evidence-based tools. Sessions are interactive and community-based, not pre-recorded content you watch alone. Think of it as ongoing science-backed health education with a community, not a fitness subscription.
